Automotive Service Center Manager
Responsibilities
- Representing the brand and being the contact point between the technician and the customer
- Being the leader, trainer, and supervisor of the technicians in the store.
- Evaluating customer needs.
- Create/Sustain an organizational system for processing paperwork.
- Be able to effectively communicate with the customer the results of inspections and needed repairs when required.
- Advising our customers on their automotive needs based on manufacturer recommendations.
- Contributing to a positive team atmosphere.
- Maintaining a clean and safe workplace.
- Adhering to all company policy, procedure, safety and environmental rules.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 5+ years Automotive Management Experience
- Knowledge of Automotive Theory of Operations
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Pre-employment drug test/background check will help assure we build teams of people who can best work with others and serve customer needs
Oil & Lube Manager
